Dali as did many of the greatest painters, sometimes turned his attentions to wine art and food.
I like wine art… Do you?
My wine art project, « Wine Villages of Bordeaux » and the quest for progressively more advanced ways to express ideas with paint recently lead me half by chance to the house of Salvador Dali.
I was sitting at a bar and restaurant enjoying a hazy May sun last week, as you do.
This restaurant was on the ‘Dali’ beach, ‘Es Raco d’en Dali’. 
On the advice of the patron I found myself confronted by a platter of sardines.
Locally caught that morning, a bottle of good white wine and thinking this is unreal.
As the sardines had been caught that morning I may even have spoken ealier with the fisherman…
I was looking at Salvador Dali’s home, the tourists and the fishing boats, speaking with people who remembered Dali; and thinking… sardines?
I like that though…
