My mobile is refusing to update & has lost Whatsapp. 
Sold a 2017 Huawei phone despite asking for a 2018

Following a long conversation with the unhelpful Orange.fr help line I’m advised I need a new phone even though the present phone was bought from Orange, March 2018,
I shan’t be buying again from Orange.fr or Huawei nor do I recommend Orange.fr or Huawei
