There is one of those B*****y ‘but’s’

Glorious weather forecast today at Castelneau de Montmiral. I am very keen to restart painting, to work on the new series supporting the launch of new Gaillac bio wines exhibition in December…

The countryside here after the longest wettest winter anyone can remember now looks it’s special Tarnais amazing self. Cdm IMG_6901
The sun returned the same day I did so obviously there must be some connection…(Maybe!?) Vrai n’est pas? ;
We have a light SW breeze, 5 % cloud, forecast 28 C (82.4F). Cdm IMG_6902
I have lots of interesting things to prepare to paint and a ‘Plymouth Presentation’ to complete ( for Mayflower 20/20) so am keen to get started.
But… there is one of those B*****y ‘but’s getting in the way; again…
I have a shopping list and other mundane tasks demanding me today including arrange for a ‘controle technique’ test (bi annual) for my old car.
What ever, I’m gradually settling into my new role at Castelenau de Montmiral. CdM IMG_6903
The house is still unready and likely to remain so for a while yet, tant pis.

I’m staying with my lovely ‘French sister’ Helene Ancelot so having fun with her company especially after so many months alone at Thehillac, and we are enjoying looking after each other.

On the subject of going, today I have to go to “the Rose City”, Toulouse.

Next, get the in Gaillac Wine project under way and The Mayflower 2020 presentation written.
