Ocean of plastic, an ocean of plastic, even in our rivers and lakes, micro plastics in our drinking water, very stupid.
I first protested these pollutions many years astern by repeatedly photographing the rubbish on Gylingvase beach, Falmouth, many years astern.
The journal Falmouth Packet published the photos as did Lloyds List International.
There was plastic from Europe, the USA, even the Caribbean.
Surprisingly little of the garbage was ‘home grown’ so I guess UK waste goes to other countries.
Since then there have been some improvements, notably by ships at sea so our resistance is worth our time & efforts.
