Foggy and chilly, lingering to mid-day then mild and sunny with frequent rain in the evening and over night.

September feels today more like late October, already I feel the need for a blanket over my duvet.

By Brittany standards the year so far has been unusually mild with far more rain than normal.
There’s been enough sunshine for most of us to look healthily brown, bronzed.
Overall in Brittany it’s been a disappointing summer for sun worshippers, still, much warmer then in England and Ireland.
Given the turbulent weather, I didn’t even find time for a swim in the ocean.
Will we have a cold winter?
