The valley of Gaillac and surrounding terrains are something of a French secret.
The current beautifull warm weather reminds me of the valley of Gaillac, of the colour rich, wild flowers rich, wine rich countryside of the nothern Tarn department, landscapes where one can still sense ‘Pax Roma’, and I’ve a yen to go there again.
